Above standard underground.
Our goal this year is zero preventable damage strikes.
Unavoidable, until you read the file.
A strike gets called unavoidable right up until somebody pulls the file. Then it is almost always one of three things: a ticket nobody was watching, a mark nobody photographed, or a crew that moved before the clears were in.
R7HDD treats that as a process failure, not bad luck. Bad luck you accept. A process failure you go fix, and then you make sure the fix is something a crew can actually run at 6:40 in the morning with a rig idling behind them.
We did not buy a safety binder. We built software.
Our team built Quick811 inside our own drilling operation, on live jobs, because nothing on the market told our crews what they needed to know before a bit went in the ground.
Live ticket status
One-call ticket state pulled straight from the 811 center, not retyped off an email three days late.
Go / no-go on a map
Every dig area colored clear or not clear on satellite imagery, so a crew lead can see the answer before the rig moves.
Proof of the marks
Time and GPS stamped photos of every locate mark, attached to the ticket they belong to.
Reports you can audit
Exportable records a GC or an owner can pull apart without calling us for a screenshot.
We have run thousands of 811 tickets through it on our own jobs. It is not a pilot. It is how we dig.
Safety is not a moat.
We could have kept the tool to ourselves and bid against people who did not have it. We made it available to every contractor instead, including the ones we lose work to.
A strike anywhere sets the whole trade back: tighter permits, longer locate windows, higher premiums, and one more reason for an owner to doubt that underground work can be done cleanly. If a competitor runs a safer job because of something we built, that is a trade we will take every time. Quick811 is open to anyone who digs.
Visibility instead of promises.
When your sub runs on Quick811, you stop taking our word for it and start seeing the file.
- Current locate status on every ticket, live, without starting an email chain.
- Photographic proof of the marks as they stood on the day we dug.
- A full audit trail from ticket creation to closeout, exportable when an owner or inspector asks.
- One place to check before you release a dig, instead of four.
Ask any sub bidding your job how they track locates. The answer tells you what your risk looks like.
Put a number on your damage risk.
Send us the scope and we will walk you through how locates get run on it, ticket by ticket. If you would rather just look at the tool first, it is open.
